Pursuing innovation as diverse as lung cancer itself

There is no single lung cancer experience. Its complexity stretches across subtypes, stages, treatment settings and patient needs. Our commitment reflects that complexity. We are advancing multiple investigational approaches across the diverse spectrum of lung cancer, informed by the needs and experiences of patients and the broader lung cancer community.

Lung cancer is not one disease

Lung cancer can look very different from one person to the next - shaped by factors such as subtype, stage, biomarkers, treatment history and individual patient needs. Understanding those differences is essential to advancing more tailored approaches across the disease.

Our approach and therapeutic modalities

Next-generation immunomodulators

We are investigating next-generation immunomodulators designed to address tumor-specific immune suppression and other biological mechanisms that may limit the effectiveness of current immuno-oncology therapies.

mRNA-based cancer immunotherapies

We are developing mRNA-based cancer immunotherapies designed to help the immune system recognize cancer targets that are unique to an individual patient or shared across a tumor type. In lung cancer, these investigational approaches are being explored as part of a broader portfolio designed to address the biological complexity of the disease.

Antibody-drug conjugates

Antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) are a class of precision cancer therapies that combine  tumor-specific selectivity of antibodies, with the cell-killing features of an anti-cancer chemotherapy.

Our ambition in lung cancer care

Every innovation that we pursue starts with the needs of patients. The future of lung cancer treatment will require more than a single approach. We are committed to building across the complexity of the disease, advancing complementary therapeutic strategies, including combination approaches, designed to address distinct biological challenges with patients at the center.

Our pipeline of lung cancer therapies

Our work in lung cancer care brings together three complementary therapeutic modalities: next-generation immunomodulators, antibody-drug conjugates and mRNA-based cancer immunotherapies. We believe each may offer a precise mechanism for targeting cancer cells while creating opportunities to explore synergistic combinations, including regimens combining two novel therapies. We are committed to delivering differentiated therapeutic approaches for patients across the lung cancer continuum - from early to late stages of the disease.
