BioNTech Australia mRNA Innovator Program 2026 

Call for Applications

The BioNTech Australia in partnership with the Australasian RNA Biology and Biotechnology (A-RNA) Association is pleased to announce that the BioNTech Australia mRNA Innovator Award Program for 2026 is now open.

Researchers and companies from Australia and New Zealand who are undertaking mRNA-based therapeutic and vaccine research at preclinical stage are eligible to apply.

The Program funds one project to the value of AUD50,000 comprising AUD25,000 in cash and AUD25,000 of in-kind contributions from the BioNTech Australia R&D Laborotory to supply research-use only mRNA for preclinical studies.
