Our application process may vary depending on the role and responsibilities. For example, some vacancies may require you to complete a task or prepare a presentation on a specific topic. At the beginning, your recruiter will provide you with details about your personal application process.

You typically go through two or three rounds of interviews:

• In an initial meeting with your recruiter, you'll discuss the role, the scope of the position, and general conditions. This meeting usually takes place via video call or phone.
• In the second meeting, you'll chat with your hiring manager. This meeting will focus more on the job and go into more detail. This meeting is usually a video call as well.
• In the third and final round, you'll meet your future team and your hiring manager in person. This final round is mainly about determining how well you’ll fit in with the team.
• As mentioned above, the application process may vary.

By this point, we'll have a good idea of whether we're a good fit for each other. If everyone involved agrees, we'll begin the negotiation and contract process and you can look forward to becoming a valuable member of the BioNTech team!

Yes, you can. You only need to upload your resume once and we'll store it for all  the positions you choose to apply for. If you'd like to introduce yourself in more detail, you're welcome to add a cover letter for each position.

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer internships for high school students.

Yes, only the listed internships are available. We believe it's important to provide good support during internships, which is why departments are only willing to offer a position if they can provide the right level of guidance.

No, you don't necessarily have to be a student to intern. However, we will usually offer voluntary internships and advertise them as such.
